This page covers every money operation available in your tempotoro account — from adding funds to withdrawing back to your e-wallet, plus the identity verification step that keeps your account secure. We support DANA, OVO, and ShopeePay as the primary deposit and withdrawal channels for Indonesia. Each method sits inside the Banking section of your account dashboard, accessible after login on both mobile and desktop.
Adding funds starts from the Banking tab inside your account dashboard. Once you log in, select Deposit and choose the wallet you want to use — DANA, OVO, or ShopeePay are all listed there with their current status. Each method shows the minimum deposit amount on that screen before you confirm anything, so there are no surprises at the payment step. After choosing your wallet, you enter the amount and confirm the transfer through your wallet app. The payment instruction — including the destination account number or QR code — appears on screen and is also sent to the contact address on your account.
Log in and open Banking
Go to your account dashboard after login. Select the Banking tab, then choose Deposit. The available payment methods — DANA, OVO, ShopeePay — are listed with their current on/off status shown next to each one.
Choose your wallet and amount
Select your preferred wallet. The screen shows the minimum deposit amount for that method. Enter the amount you want to add, then review the summary before proceeding — the total deducted from your wallet is shown before you confirm.
Complete the transfer in your wallet app
Follow the payment instruction on screen — either scan the QR code or transfer to the account number shown. Complete the authorization inside your DANA, OVO, or ShopeePay app using your wallet PIN or biometric.
Check your account balance
After the wallet confirms the transfer, your tempotoro balance updates to reflect the deposit. If the balance has not updated after a reasonable wait, go to Transaction History and check the status shown there before contacting support.
MOVE YOUR BALANCE
Withdraw Funds Back to Your Wallet
Withdrawals from your tempotoro account go directly to the e-wallet registered under your account. We support DANA, OVO, and ShopeePay for outgoing transfers, and the wallet you use must match the one verified during account setup — this is a security control, not a restriction you can bypass by re-registering. Open the Banking tab, select Withdrawal, and the verified wallet options appear alongside the available balance. The withdrawal screen shows the amount available for transfer and any minimum withdrawal threshold for the selected method.
Open Withdrawal in Banking
Log in, go to the Banking tab, and select Withdrawal. Your verified wallet options — DANA, OVO, or ShopeePay — appear with the balance available for withdrawal shown next to each.
Enter the amount and review
Type in the amount you want to withdraw. The minimum for the selected method is shown on screen. Review the summary — destination wallet number, amount, and any applicable conditions — before confirming.
Submit and note your reference number
Confirm the withdrawal request. A reference number is generated and saved to your Transaction History automatically. Keep it accessible in case you need to follow up with account support.
Monitor status in Transaction History
Track the withdrawal status in your account's Transaction History tab. Status labels — Pending, Processing, Completed — update as the transfer moves through the payment network to your wallet.
ACCOUNT VERIFICATION
Verify Your tempotoro Account Identity
Account verification — what we call KYC — is how we confirm that the person managing the account is the same person registered on it. This step protects your balance from unauthorized withdrawals and is required before your first outgoing transfer is processed. The verification screen is found under Account Settings after login. You will need a valid government-issued ID — a KTP is the standard document for Indonesia residents — and a clear photo of your face taken at the time of submission. Both images upload directly from your phone camera or device file manager through the verification form.
Open Account Settings
After login, go to Account Settings and select the Verification tab. The required documents and their current upload status are listed there. Start the process by selecting Begin Verification.
Upload your government ID
Photograph or upload a clear image of your KTP or other valid government-issued ID. Both sides may be required depending on the document type — the form specifies which pages to include.
Submit a live selfie
Take a photo of your face as prompted by the verification screen. This confirms the ID belongs to you and protects your account against unauthorized access attempts.
Wait for review status
Submission confirmation appears immediately. Check the Verification tab for your current status — Pending, Under Review, or Verified. If a document is rejected, the reason is shown there so you can resubmit the correct one.
PAYMENT METHODS
Supported Wallets for Indonesia
We connect your tempotoro account to the three e-wallets most used for account transactions across Indonesia. Each method is available for both deposits and withdrawals, subject to the limits and availability shown in your Banking tab. Availability depends on local law and the eligible regions where each wallet operates.
DANA
Link your DANA wallet to fund your account or move your balance back out. DANA is available for both deposit and withdrawal from the Banking tab. The transfer uses the wallet number registered on your account.
OVO
OVO transfers work for deposits and withdrawals. Select OVO in the Banking tab, enter the amount, and complete the authorization inside your OVO app. Your registered OVO number must match the one on your tempotoro account.
ShopeePay
ShopeePay is supported for account funding and outgoing transfers. Use the QR or account number shown on the deposit screen to send from your ShopeePay balance, or select it as your withdrawal destination in the Banking tab.
TRANSACTION RECORDS
Match Wallet History with Account Ledger
Every deposit and withdrawal generates a reference entry in both your tempotoro Transaction History and your wallet's activity log. When the two records show different amounts or statuses, the reference number is the key to resolving it — it appears in both systems and is what support will ask for first.
Reference Number
Each transaction produces a unique reference number generated at the moment you submit. This number appears in your tempotoro Transaction History and in the transfer details inside your DANA, OVO, or ShopeePay app. Copy it immediately after confirming any transaction.
Status Labels
Your Transaction History uses three status labels — Pending, Processing, and Completed. Pending means the request is queued. Processing means the payment network has received it. Completed means your wallet or account balance has been updated. A failed transaction shows a separate status with a short reason code.
Account History Tab
The Account History tab under Banking shows the full ledger of credits and debits on your tempotoro balance. Each line includes the method used, the amount, the date and time in your local timezone, and the reference number. Export or screenshot this view if you need a record for your own files.
Evidence to Keep
If a transaction needs support review, the three pieces of evidence that resolve it fastest are: the tempotoro reference number, a screenshot of the wallet transfer confirmation, and the date and approximate time of the transaction. Keep these until the transaction status shows Completed in both systems.
ACCOUNT SAFEGUARDS
How We Protect Your Transactions
Security on your tempotoro account runs at every layer of the transaction flow — from the connection your browser uses to reach us, to the identity check on every withdrawal request. These controls exist to make sure money moves only where you authorize it.
Domain Verification
Access your account only through tempotoro. Check the address bar for the correct domain and an active SSL certificate before logging in or entering any payment details. We do not operate through mirror sites or redirect links sent over chat.
Identity Confirmation on Withdrawals
Every withdrawal is checked against the verified identity on your account. The wallet destination must match the one registered during KYC. This stops funds from being redirected to an unregistered wallet even if account credentials are compromised.
Wallet Ownership Check
We match the wallet number you register to the account holder identity confirmed during verification. DANA, OVO, and ShopeePay transfers go only to wallets that have passed this ownership check — not to any number entered at withdrawal time.
Support Contact Path
If you see a transaction you did not authorize, or your account status changes unexpectedly, contact account support directly through the Help section inside your logged-in account. Do not use contact details sourced from outside tempotoro.
COMMON QUESTIONS
Banking Questions We Hear Most
The questions below cover the situations that account holders ask about most often — from minimum amounts and verification requirements to what to do when a transaction shows an unexpected status. Check these before opening a support request; most cases resolve here.
What is the minimum deposit amount for DANA, OVO, and ShopeePay?
The minimum deposit for each method is shown on the deposit screen after you select a wallet in the Banking tab. Minimums can differ between DANA, OVO, and ShopeePay, and are updated in real time, so check the screen at the time of your transaction rather than relying on a figure from a prior session.
How do I withdraw my balance back to my OVO or DANA wallet?
Open the Banking tab after login and select Withdrawal. Choose your verified wallet — OVO, DANA, or ShopeePay — enter the amount, and confirm. The wallet on file must be the one verified during KYC; you cannot redirect a withdrawal to a different number at this step.
Why is my withdrawal pending for longer than expected?
Withdrawal processing time depends on the payment network and the wallet provider, not only on our system. Check your Transaction History for the current status label. If it shows Processing for longer than the timeframe noted on the withdrawal confirmation screen, bring the reference number to account support.
What documents do I need to complete account verification?
A government-issued ID — KTP is the standard for Indonesia residents — and a current selfie photo taken through the verification screen. Both upload directly from the Account Settings verification form. The review status appears in your Verification tab after submission.
My deposit does not appear in my account balance. What do I do?
Check Transaction History first — the deposit may show a Pending or Processing status while the wallet network confirms the transfer. If the status is absent entirely, locate the reference number or transfer confirmation in your wallet app and bring both to account support through the Help section.
Can I use a different wallet for withdrawals than the one I used to deposit?
The wallet available for withdrawal is the one registered and verified on your account during the KYC process. If you want to change your registered withdrawal wallet, contact account support — the change requires a verification step to confirm wallet ownership before it takes effect.
